A casual, alfresco tasting of biodynamically grown estate and partner grower wines, paired with olive oil and nibbles in our beautiful garden. Enjoy a self-guided tour of our biodynamic pollinator garden, edible garden, and visit with our pigs. Sample a selection of Italian varietals alongside our estate-produced olive oils in our serene, farm setting.
Estate Oil & Vinegar Tasting

Discover the artistry behind DaVero’s olive oils and vinegars in this 45-minute guided tasting. Led by one of our knowledgeable farm ambassadors, you’ll experience the unique flavors of two estate-grown olive oils and one of our handcrafted vinegars. Learn about the biodynamic and regenerative practices that shape the flavors of our estate and partner products.
Bottle Service
120 MINUTES
$50 per table (wine additional)
Guests of all ages welcome, but wine can only be served to those 21+
Enjoy a relaxed, self-guided wine experience in our biodynamic garden. Includes use of tables and chairs, bottle service, water service, stemware, and an ice bucket to keep your wines chilled for 120 minutes. Outside picnic food may be brought in. One bottle of wine must be purchased for every two guests 21+. Children and leashed dogs must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
