A casual, alfresco wine and olive oil tasting of biodynamically grown estate and partner grower wines, paired with olive oil and nibbles in our beautiful garden. Enjoy a self-guided tour of our biodynamic pollinator and edible garden, and visit with our pigs. Sample a selection of Italian varietals alongside our estate-produced olive oils in our serene, farm setting.

Discover the artistry behind DaVero’s olive oils and vinegars in this 45-minute guided tasting. Led by one of our knowledgeable farm ambassadors, you’ll experience the unique flavors of two estate-grown olive oils and one of our handcrafted vinegars.
We’ll go over how to choose and store olive oil, and when to use which oils in your kitchen.
You’ll also learn about the Biodynamic and regenerative practices that shape the flavors of our estate and partner products.
