How do I update my information?

May I pause my membership?
Yes, you can pause your membership for a single shipment. Beyond that, your membership will be terminated to make room for others on our waiting list.
Can I add to my Member Order?
Absolutely! There’s no additional shipping charge. Just reply to your shipment announcement email with your add-ons or call Dee at (707) 431-8000 ext. 2.
Which Level do I belong to?

What is the difference between Member-only and Allocated items?
We’re very small, which means many of our wines and olive oils are limited and available only to members. As a member, you get exclusive access to these rare and exceptional offerings, ensuring you always enjoy the best of what DaVero has to offer.
When can I pick up my shipment?
You can pick up your shipment any time after receiving the membership shipment announcement. After a certain date (specified in the member order release email), we will automatically send your shipment unless you’ve made prior arrangements with us.
