Club Release Details

Customization starts now. Once you’ve customized you’ll receive a confirmation email from our team (please allow up to 48 hours). Your club order is charged at the time of customization to ensure availability of limited items; you can opt to have your set shipped anytime you’re ready, or wait for the scheduled date (more info on shipping below).

To give you time to customize your orders, all non-customized clubs will charge on May 15th. Please be sure to check that all changes to your account are completed before May 14th, customization won’t be possible afterwards. You can use the Key Dates below to keep updated on the club process. Please be sure to give us a call or email if you have any questions.

Ship-to Orders

Orders are ready to ship anytime. To allow time for customization, we are scheduled to begin shipping on May 15th (weather permitting). Standard orders (not customized) will begin shipping on May 30th (also weather permitting).

Our small team handles all shipping in-house. We work around the clock during release time to get your orders out in a timely fashion, but it may take up to two full weeks to get all shipments out the door. If you need your allocation by a specific date, please let us know. We are happy to make special arrangements for you!

Pick-up Orders

Pickup at the farm will take place from April 1 – June 15th. Please arrange your pick-up at least 24 hours in advance. Any orders that have not been picked-up by June 15th will be processed for shipping (unless prior arrangements have been made). It’s always best to review your shipping address on file to make sure everything is up-to-date.

Here are the options for picking up your shipment:

  1. Private Tasting Appointment: You receive one complimentary Discover the Farm tour and tasting per year. Your special code can be found in the “My Reservation Certificates” section of your Member Portal (where you can also book your experience). Spend some time with us, taste a range of wines paired with farm bites and take your allocation home with you.
  2. DaVero Garden Flight: Members of Club DaVero can enjoy a complimentary, semi-guided tasting in the garden. This at-your-own-pace experience offers a chance to unwind with a light snack from the farm while tasting the latest releases. You can reserve this experience online (select the Club DaVero experience). As a club member, this experience is always complimentary for you (groups up to 4, including children).
  3. Quick Pick-Up: if you’re on the go, we can pack your order up for a quick grab (please give us 24-hours notice by phone or email). Start enjoying your wine now, and make sure to come back for an extended visit soon.
